BBC’s investigation into Apple

There are a few things some ethical Apple customers need to know: first off, if you’re all of a sudden surprised that people are talking smack about the company, wake up and smell the real world. There are a few things people need to know, like the fact that tin from Indonesian (child-labor) mines is use. Don't feel too bad, though, because pretty much every other smartphone has it too. When it comes to Apple, the company is actually more transparent about its working conditions than any other company in the world. Lastly, there have been lots of improvements made in the last little while, particularly in regards to working conditions. Frankly, people like to blame Apple for the crappy work conditions at factories that produce parts for the iPhone maker, but Apple isn’t really responsible for that.
