New Samsung features curves

The Samsung vs Apple fight continues; Samsung released its newest S6 and S6 Edge phones over this past weekend. The new smartphones have a glass and metal body instead of the old plastic. They will also have support for a mobile payments program. Notably, the 5.1-inch screen is rounded on the right and left sides. Users will be able to see notifications reflecting off of a flat surface even when the phone is face-down and will be able to color-code contacts so they know who’s texting or calling according to how the notifications flash on the screen. Analysts gave great reviews, saying that the S6 line is trying to be a premium product that can compete with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Carolina Milanesi said “It is a very pretty phone” and “It feels like quality when you hold it…”

Samsung has recently made a deal with BlackBerry to increase security to the Samsung platform. This means the new phone will have better security, a faster processor, an improved camera, and a brighter, more vivid display. The look itself is what will get the attention, according to Milanesi.
