Even with only being apple to play with one hand, there could be a run of one-handed video games designed for the Apple Watch. Apple didn’t go into any potential games when the Apple Watch was revealed; there weren’t any game icons shown at the launch!
As far as one-handed Apple Watch games, there are a lot to go around. One-touch apps will be popular, like Pac-Man and Pong. Tetris would also work well, with the user tapping on the screen to change the orientation of the pieces. NFC could also be used to work with other Apple Watch users to exchange simple messages or collect points.
