Rumor: iPhone 6C will have iPhone 5 parts repackaged

A report from Future Supplier suggests that the iPhone 6C will be plastic and will be a 4-inch model with the same pill-shaped camera flash that Apple used in the 5S. This means that Apple could re-use parts from the 5S to make the newest model; this is nothing different from when the company put out the 5C, which re-used parts from the iPhone 5.

The 5C is still available for free but as of this fall, when it’s likely that version will be retired, if Apple follows tradition. Even more proof that the iPhone 5S will be repackaged is that the 6C has a double row of speaker and microphone holes at the bottom, like the 5S. As if that wasn’t enough, the camera that appears to be flush with the back of the device is similar to that of the 5S, unlike the 6 and 6 Plus, which each have a protruding camera.
