The information given indicates that it is likely it will keep the old four-inch screen. Based on previous trends, we might see the A6 processor introduced, or maybe the A7 processor which would come from the iPhone 5s. We could possibly also see an increased size when it comes to storage capability: right now the largest option is 64 gigabytes. Now that the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus come with up to 128 GB, we might see that in the new iPod touch. Other upgrades we might see include a better camera.
