iPhone 6s: the biggest incremental upgrade ever?

According to a KGI Securities analyst, the iPhone 6s could be the biggest incremental “s” upgrade Apple has ever released. Ming-Chi Kuo, the analyst, says that the 6s will have twice the RAM of previous models, better camera, a Sapphire display, a significantly upgraded processor, a new color option, improved Force Touch and Touch ID, and a strengthened shell. The only thing that will stay the same compared to the 6 and 6 Plus would be the size options.

According to a report from the Cult of Mac, the new phones will have 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM, Apple’s A9 chipset, the same Force Touch tech on the Retina MacBook and Apple Watch, and  a 12-megapixel rear camera. Apple supposedly is going to use Series 7000 aluminum, which is 60 percent stronger than what’s used for current iPhones, in an effort to avoid #Bendgate in the new ones. There’s even a possibility that there will be a rose gold color option. A limited edition 6s Plus could have a Sapphire display. The KGI Securities report states that there won’t be a 4-inch version this year.
