When you launch the app you will be taken to the main menu where there is a large list of programs; the Free Your Mind program is the only free one. Tap on this to begin your relaxation program. I like that the program walks you through instructions first on how to set yourself up so that the program can be as successful as possible.
The Program Itself
The narrator’s voice calmly takes you through all the steps and processes of the program and while you listen to his voice the screen features a beautiful and calming image. I find it incredibly relaxing and hypnotic; I didn’t expect it actually would be! The instructions are all very easy to follow and move at a pace that is slow and relaxed. There is no pressure here: it’s all about taking time for yourself and relaxing. I can see that this would be a great program to use before bed to help you sleep better.
Best iphone and ipad appsThe program is 32 minutes in length and obviously it’s best if you complete it all in one go but if you need to pause the program you can do so. There is also a countdown timer that appears if you tap the screen so you know how far into the program you are.

Final Thoughts
The Free Your Mind Hypnosis app is at the very least a great exercise when it comes to relaxing and calming breathing. Even if that’s all you take away from the app that can be incredibly beneficial for you to use throughout your day and in all kinds of stressful situations.
