Introduction
Are you interested in ancient history, or more specifically, Greek mythology? Well the Greek Gods Free app may interest you with its lengthy list of mortals, deities, and demons.
The best prayer apps for the iPhone and iPad
Greek Gods Free contains a list of over 360 characters from ancient times. This app has the potential for students to have a great study sheet for ancient history classes.
In Ancient Times
Greek God Free is an extremely basic app; the interface is just a series of scrollable lists to allow you to search the deities, demons, or people you want. You can search by male or female, God or Demon, or even by name alphabetically.
Best iphone and ipad apps
You can save the ones you like to your Favorites via the menu at the bottom of the screen or opt to search by category.
Greek God Free even allows you to search for a specific name if need be.
All the information is laid-out perfectly: it's easy to read and gives you the essential pieces of their biography. What it doesn't do, however, is delve into the specific stories or lore surrounding each person or god. Which is kind of sad, as for me those stories gives you a better idea of who and what they were to the citizens of ancient Greece.
More Information Please
Greek Gods Free is a very stripped-down version of Greek mythology. It's good for quick reference, but if you're looking for information to write an essay or learn the ins and outs of each of these characters, I would definitely look elsewhere.
That being said, it is fun and very informative, albeit brief. I was really hoping for a lot more out of this app.

Final Thoughts
Greek Gods Free is a fun little app for those looking for just a brief description of the major players in Greek mythology. Although it boasts more than 360 names and their roles, the history of each is very limited and reduced to two or three sentences for each character.
That being said, if you are looking for a quick reference about mythology I would suggest it. If you want something more in-depth then you should definitely look elsewhere.
