Using the app is a bit of a mixed experience. First you need to look past all the ads and banners that have nothing to do with the app. They tend to just clutter the user interface. I find it easiest to navigate by using the categories feature so I can find jokes that appeal to me.

A good chunk of the “jokes” here are just pictures that people have created. Some of them are cute and funny but I really was looking for actual jokes. There also seemed to just be a lot of nonsense that was neither a joke nor an image. It appears as though anyone can post anything and this reads more like a forum board with no organization to it. What I find interesting is the amount of time I have spent in this app of “jokes” trying to search for jokes, with no luck. I know they’re in there, but they just aren’t easy to spot.

Final Words

For me the Jokes Roulette app is not one I would recommend. I really didn’t find anything that made me laugh and the user interface was a nightmare to navigate.
