iPregnant Pregnancy Tracker Deluxe app review: a true all-in-one pregnancy journal

Reviews

Introduction

iPregnant Pregnancy Tracker Deluxe is a multi-functional journal in which you can record your appointments, moods, overall health, exercise, and much more. Additionally it includes a week-by-week development section so that you can read about your developing offspring.

Worth the Extra Money

I downloaded iPregnant Pregnancy Tracker Free initially, and after using it for a few days I decided to download the Deluxe version. I love that there is a free option to try out the main features prior to committing, because $3.99 is pretty costly as far as apps go!

The best iPhone apps for finding people-2021

The paid version allowed for more customization, ad-free, and unlocked the pregnancy chat community within the app. I used the chat briefly to see how it worked. There were not a lot of people on the community when I was using it; however, there may be a larger community at this time as my baby is now 17 months, and I was using it over two years ago!

I loved the built-in development, count down, photo journal of your growing belly, and so on. I also appreciated the automatic back up to the WikiPass Creations server. I am always worried about losing my data, and this provided me with peace of mind.

It Looks Good

I like to stamp and put stickers on my calendars to mark important things. I really liked that there are a number of icons that you can add to the monthly calendar to create a custom feel! I could easily glance at the month to see which days I had exercised, which days I had contractions, and which days I had a doctor appointment, or in my case, midwife.

Best iphone and ipad apps

There is also a kick counter within the app if you are concerned about your little one’s movements. This is useful if you are just starting to feel your little one, you have been requested to do a nightly count due to a risky pregnancy, or if you are worried about your little one for some reason.

If you are at the end of your pregnancy, then the contraction timer comes into good use! My third baby, the one for which I used this app, was a tricky one! She initially started a preterm labor pattern, and then came five days late! I had several lists of contractions for her. You can email these, text them, share them on Facebook if you want, or clear the list and start over. I emailed them to myself for future reference, and then cleared them so that I would be able to see the most recent and applicable contraction patterns. My husband and midwife appreciated this.

Final Thoughts

iPregnant Pregnancy Tracker Deluxe is a great app that I recommend to my pregnant friends all the time. It keeps everything you need in one app rather than having to keep several on your device at once. It is attractive, easy to use, and has many functions. The only thing I didn't like is that you can't email the entire contents of the app to turn into a baby book.
