It has 14 activities, including Christmas Adventure, Puzzle Fun, Santa Dressup, Gingerbread Peekaboo, Jingle Bells Song, Mix & Match, Christmas Train, Coloring Book, Christmas Song, Memory Match, Snowman Dressup, Simon Game, Coming to Town, and Maze Challenge.

Learning and Seasonal Fun

Christmas Fun – All In One Holiday Spirit HD ! has so many fun games to play with Santa! I have been playing with it all day! I have tried the Puzzle Fun, Santa Dressup, and the Mix & Match. I also listened to some of the songs, and I love the ones that they chose being Jingle Bells and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

In addition to having the songs play, you also have the lyrics come up to do karaoke, and can change the background image. I appreciated this as I always get in trouble for singing the wrong lyrics!

The puzzle was great for my five year old daughter to play with. She also appreciated the coloring book! The puzzle is a drag and drop body parts style rather than form an image. Unfortunately, there is only one puzzle unlocked with the free version. There are three coloring pictures unlocked.

 

A Little Train Fun

Christmas Fun – All In One Holiday Spirit HD ! has a learning train that has various toys such as a Jack In The Box. When it parks at that toy, it reads the name and the spells it out! This assists your child with learning their letters, and beginner reading. I appreciated this because one of my favorite Santa movies is the Polar Express.

The Christmas Adventure plays on this as well, as it tells the Night Before Christmas! There really is a lot of learning to be done with this app! Each song has the lyrics to follow, the stories have the words read aloud, and the train has the spelling. I am very impressed with all they packed into the free version!

• Not all of the app is unlocked and the puzzle section only has one selection
• The single feature purchases range from $0.99 for the Full Merry Christmas Song to $1.99 for others and full version of $3.99

 

Final Thoughts

For a free app Christmas Fun – All In One Holiday Spirit HD ! has a lot of activities! It can get expensive quickly if your child can automatically buy in app purchases, so either invest in the $3.99, or make sure your in app purchases are disabled. Overall, jolly good fun.
