Hairstyle PRO for iPad App Review

Choosing a new hairstyle can be an extremely difficult thing to do as you can't really see what it is going to look like without actually having it. of course, at this point, if it doesn't quite look how you wanted, it is far too late. Hairstyle PRO for iPad combats this problem by allowing you to preview hairstyles on your own head before you have them done in real life. It does this by applying virtual hairstyles on a photo of you in the app. Hairstyle Pro is a well thought out app that is really easy to use and the overall look of the hairstyles when placed on your own photo is not too bad either. Of course, it won't look perfect, but it does give you a good representation of how your hairstyle will look, should you actually opt to go ahead with it. The interface is nice and the app works for both male and female hairstyles.

Hairstyle PRO is free of charge and comes with a total of 15 different hairstyles. If you are looking to get more, you have to upgrade to a paid package but this does include more than 300 hairstyles in the female package, and 180 styles in the mens package for just a few dollars each. It is a little disappointing that there is only a few styles available for free, but every app has to make money somehow and the styles are worth paying for.

Hairstyle PRO has been optimised for high resolution images and you can even change the colour of the styles too. You will easily be able to learn what styles suit your face shape without having to spend hundreds on different hairstyles.   This is app is available from the iTunes app store here:
