Using the App

I have now watched a number of the videos and while the video quality is excellent and I appreciate the fact that there are written instructions as well, the voice-over is just awful. I know this shouldn’t matter but it is distracting and sounds like a small child giving you the instructions. Luckily the voice-over only comes in from time to time.

When choosing the complete workout you will choose how long you want to do the set for and then follow along with the video as it acts as your timer. Use the app to set up reminders for your plan, view your history, and share your progress with friends and family. When you view your history it shows the length of time you worked out for and the total amount of calories burned.

Although this app is free to use it’s very limited in what it offers. I thought it was the whole version available for a limited time but instead you are just given a small handful of workouts. The free version is also ad-supported.
