Blonde Jokes 500 app review: if you’re really desperate for dumb jokes
Introduction
One of my favorite developers of all time is at it again. Michael Quach, known for some outrageously bad apps such as “Best sex tips” and “Travel Tips 101” has released another one of his joke apps. This time the blondes are the target, and Michael simply copied and pasted 500 of them from the Internet in an app and will now receive ad money from anyone silly enough to download and try this app. Blonde Jokes 500 is compatible with iPhone and iPad and promises that you will laugh your socks on. I wasn’t wearing any socks, and now I am, meaning the app is the opposite of funny.

How it Works
Blonde Jokes 500 simply shows you a joke when you boot up the app. If you want to know the punch line, simply press the question mark and you will get to see the answer. This means there aren’t any anecdotal jokes, but just simply question and answer jokes. None of the jokes are actually funny and I wonder where he got them from. Some of them just sound like the developer made them up all by himself. I even wonder if there are actually 500 jokes in here, as I doubt anyone will take the time to read all of them or count them.

Ad free version
My good friend Michael also has supplied the option to go ad-free. I can’t imagine anyone liking this app so much that they want to get to go ad free, even if it was cheap. The developer actually has the guts to ask $2.99 for this. I would never pay for an app like this, and nor should anyone else. It really feels like this app shouldn’t ever have passed the quality assurance from Apple, as there are websites that are better-designed than this app. There are options to share the jokes with your friends via Facebook, Twitter, or email, but this is a simple copy and paste feature not even worth mentioning, Please do me, and humanity, a favor, and don’t spend any money on this app. If you want to see how bad it actually is, download it and delete it straight after checking it out.

Pros and Cons
Pros
-
It’s free
-
Compatible with both iPad and iPhone
Cons
-
Ad-free version is very expensive
-
The jokes aren’t funny
-
The only thing funny about this app is the design.
Conclusion
I’m actually struggling to find other things to write about this app. The design is simple, the jokes aren’t funny, and the features are simply abysmal. I don’t know why this developer keeps creating bad apps, but I think he keeps making them as long as people download them. Ad revenue must be worth this all. The app is compatible with both iPad and iPhone and it is just over 1 MB in size.
