Introduction

The Mindful Meditation Hypnosis by Subliminal Affirmations app is no longer in iTunes but our best meditation apps for iPhone list has some good alternatives. If you’re looking for an easy and effective way to wind down and ease your mind, body, and soul at the end of a long day, then you should find the meditations and other features within this iPhone and iPad app to provide an invaluable addition to your daily routine.

Providing they are based on hard and fast results rather than airy fairy, pseudoscientific concepts, I’m always a big proponent of apps of this kind. I’m quite impressed with this app overall, and the content definitely appears to have been put together with a high degree of quality.

This app makes a very solid addition to the Health & Fitness category of the App Store, and it definitely receives a very strong recommendation from me.

Mindful Meditation Hypnosis by Subliminal Affirmations - Deep Relaxation, Peace and Clarity is a fairly run-of-the-mill relaxation and meditation app, the concept of which I should imagine is fairly self-explanatory.

There is a collection therapeutic hypnotherapy tracks that have been designed by one Rachael Meddows. Each track offers a full guided meditation, complete with instructions from Rachael which can be switched off once you’ve gotten to grips with the methods involved.

If you’re not quite ready for lengthy meditation sessions then you’ll be pleased to know that you can vary the length of the meditations based on how much time you have on your hands, and you can also choose from a handful of different background animations if you require a visual aid.

In addition to all of this, Mindful Meditation Hypnosis by Subliminal Affirmations can also be used as a powerful sleep aid, enabling you to stay fully asleep once the meditation session is complete. Alternatively, you can have the app wake you up at the end of the session if you prefer.

There is also an integrated alarm clock feature, so if you do fall asleep and stay asleep at the end of your session, you can make sure that you still wake up bright and early in the morning.
