They are hosted by Dan Menelly who is a Science Teacher at the UN International School as well as a 2010 Einstein Fellow with a National Science Foundation in the Office of Cyberinfrastructure. It should be noted that even though you can use this app on all your iDevices, the iPad will give you the best experience as you can take advantage of the larger screen which allows you to see even more detail in these videos.

The user interface feels a bit too minimalist but it is easy to navigate. You can share the videos as noted, mark them as a favorite, or skip a video and move on to the next one. Each video of course takes you through the video instructions but you can also view written instructions of each one along with a list of items you will need to conduct the experiment.
