Maybe you’ve even seen it...but what about the Talking Ted app? If you’re a fan of the movie you are going to want to add this to your app collection. Even if you haven’t seen the movie, you’ll still be able to find the sheer humor and fun in this app. First things first, you need to be sure you turn your ringer on or else this app isn’t going to work for you! Once you've enabled your ringer you’re good to go! Sit back and enjoy the fun that is Ted. This app is basically a soundboard which features animated video paired with all the top lines from the hit movie. You’ll be able to record a video of Ted, where you have controlled his actions. Turn around and share your hilarious recording with your friends and have a good laugh. Just like in the movie, the voice of Ted is done by Seth MacFarlane, who is also the creator of the movie. MacFarlane is well known for his over-the-top and often limit-pushing sense of humor. Ted was actually MacFarlane’s first go as a writer, director, and voice over for a big screen production. In case you haven’t seen the movie, it follows the life of John Bennett (played by Mark Wahlberg in the movie), whose teddy bear from childhood actually came to life and has since grown up alongside him. Some of the things you’ll be able to have Ted do are drink beer, smoke, and say things like “Can you email me,” and even “I love you.” Sure, the app is cute and funny, but could definitely use more variety in what you can make Ted do. Perhaps give him more actions and lines he can use. It’s a fun concept though, and it is sure to get a few laughs from you and your friends.
