Purely Piano (Lite) app review: an app that will help you to learn to play the piano 2021

Reviews

Introduction

Educational apps come in all shapes and forms. Most of these apps are designed around the education of children, while even more language education apps are available in the App Store on a daily basis. There are a lot fewer available apps that focus on other life skills, teaching and improving them. Even less focus around learning a musical instrument, as this all comes down to practice, right?

The Best Piano Tuner Apps for iPad

Wrong, thinks developer Music Future Ltd. This developer has created the Purely Piano Lite app, which is a piano app that is developed only for iPad, and that will help you practice playing the piano or keyboard in an innovative way.

If you are looking for an app for learning the piano then the Purely Piano app could be the right choice for you. Keep reading our review to see all that this app has to offer. You might just be able to learn piano using this app.

What it Offers

When you look at screenshots of the piano learning app, you might think that this is another one of these digital piano apps that you need to play using the device’s touchscreen. This isn't true: this app is actually not designed to be played, but just to teach you the different techniques of playing the piano.

The best piano apps for iPhone-2021

This app is purely developed as a teacher, and you will still need a piano or keyboard to make the most out of it. When you have selected a lesson, the app will play the lesson, and on the screen it will show you which keys you should press and where your finger should be placed for the next key stroke.

It will also play the sound while showing you how to play the piano. It also serves as a metronome, helping you to keep pace.

In the lite version of the app, you will have access to a lot of basic lessons that will give you a good taste of what is to come. There are about twenty different beginner lessons available for free, but when you want to get more lessons, you will have to go through the advanced option, and tap "update content."

Best iphone and ipad apps

This will bring you to a website where you will have to order an unlock code (probably done to avoid the charge that Apple gets when you sell an in-app purchase). To unlock all the content, and get a year’s subscription, you will have to pay $79.00. You can also use the app on three different devices.

Conclusion

For anyone who wants to learn how to play piano, this is probably the best app to use. Even though the full version might seem pricey, it will still beat the price of an official piano teacher and this app will probably teach you quicker and more efficient. The app is well-designed and easy to use, but is only available for iPad. The app is just 12 MB, which is impressive, though the full app will probably be a lot more.
