eBook Finder app review: find all the books you will ever need in one handy app
Introduction
Some of the most popular apps in the App Store are apps like iBook and Kindle. These apps are basically digital book stores where you can find every book that was ever written, but for most of these books you will have to pay full price. Luckily, there are also a lot of different book apps for which you won’t have to pay. These book apps give you access to all the books that are available in the public domain (and there are books being added on a daily bases, as their copyright runs out) and by now there are enough books available for free to keep you reading for a lifetime.
The best ebook readers for iPhone-2021Developer LTD DevelSoftware has created eBook Finder, which gives you access to a lot of different websites that offer digital versions of these free books. The app is compatible with both iPhone and iPad and is available to download for free.
App Design
First of all, I have to mention that I have reviewed apps like this before. The apps I reviewed before were very poorly designed and that is why this app is such a breath of fresh air in this free eBook genre of apps. The design is very clean and really easy to use. You simply select the online catalog you want to view, and choose if you want to browse or see the most popular books and off you go! When you see a book you like, you can simply download it to your device and read it whenever you would like to. You don’t need to be connected for this.

Different Languages
Where this app is different from the other free eBook apps is that it also gives you access to free books in other languages. At the moment, only a few languages are supported, but I have a feeling that the developer will add a lot more of them in the near future. At the moment English, Russian, French, German, Japanese, Polish and Bulgarian are supported. Each outlet is different from the next, and I have only been able to check out the English section.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- So many free books to choose from
- Seven different supported languages
- Read your downloaded books offline
- Great app design
Cons
- Some of the catalogs are inaccessible at the time of writing
Conclusion
eBook finder is by far the best app of its kind I have found to date. The design is very well-thought-out and clean, most of the catalogs are easily accessible, and the books are available to read offline. On top of that, the app supports multiple languages and has many books available, all completely for free. The app itself is just under 90 MB, but is compatible with both iPad and iPhone. With this app you will never get bored again, as it hold more books than you can ever read in your life.
