JamUp Pro XT - Multi Effects Processor app review: includes 6 amps, and 16 stomp-box and premium rack effects 2021

Reviews

Introduction

This is an absolutely essential iPhone and iPad guitar app for all you guitarists and bassists out there, featuring the very best in amp modeling technology, as well as tons of different effects and exporting options to help you get the best sound from your axe.

The best iPhone apps for mixing music

As a guitarist, I’ve been pretty eager to take this little gem for a spin, and I’m glad I finally got round to it because I’m thoroughly impressed with what my ears are being treated to! There are loads of cool sounds in this multi effects app for guitar.

This app makes a very strong addition to the Music category of the App Store, and it definitely receives a very strong recommendation from me.

Jam Like a True Pro

JamUp Pro XT - Multi Effects Processor is a real-time guitar and bass amp modeling utility, as well as a powerful multi-effects processor. This app is seamlessly integrated with BIAS to ensure the very best in amp modeling, so you’ll be getting some very raunchy sounds out of it, believe me!

The best iPad apps for mixing music-2021

JamUp Pro XT enables you to run as many as seven amp and effect models simultaneously, and there is also an integrated tuner and metronome. This is great for finding a sound you like and then practicing to the metronome until you get whatever you’re practicing down perfectly.

8-Track Recorder Available via In-App Purchase

One feature I think is also very cool is ToneSharing. With ToneSharing, you can download thousands upon thousands of artist and user presets for the amp and effects modeler, and there is also the option to share your own with other users of the service.

Additionally available via in-app purchase is an 8-track recorder. I’m a little disappointed that this hasn’t been included in the initial purchase of the app because that would really seal the deal for me, but there is still more than enough quality content here to make up for that minor shortfall.
