I should begin by stating that this is the free version of this app so that content is somewhat limited relative to what you can expect to find in the full version. Having said that, this is a great introduction which should give you a solid idea of whether or not to purchase the full app.

If your rear end has been looking a little lackluster and gravity has begun to take its toll then you’ll definitely want to jump on this app immediately. Go through some of the workouts and you’ll be turning heads in no time at all!
