Reviews

Introduction

Developed by a collaboration of clinician experts from diverse backgrounds is this powerful medical app for iPhone and iPad that contains more than 150 different clinical calculators and tools to help you make important decisions for your patients on the fly.

The best iPad apps for calculators

I am absolutely amazed by the fact that this iPhone medical app has been made available as a free download because the sheer amount of content on offer, not to mention the quality, is nothing short of spectacular.

I don’t pretend to have a grasp on even a tiny fraction of what’s on offer within this app but I can very easily see that this is a high-quality development which has had a lot of care and attention put into it, so it definitely receives a very strong recommendation from me.

Keep reading our Calculate by QxMD app review to see why I recommend this good iPhone medical app.

Directly References Pubmed Studies

One very important consideration to make beyond merely looking at the basic content in this app is that this is a medical reference that professionals may use with their patients, so the information must absolutely be backed up by the latest in scientific research.

This isn’t something to worry about; all of the entries contained detailed references, with many links to relevant Pubmed publications, and many of the tools found within the app are also based on the results of recent research publications.
