Having reviewed countless apps in the Health & Fitness category of the App Store, I have to say that I think this is very first ketogenic losing weight app I’ve come across. I’ve seen plenty of ‘carb conscious’ developments but nothing as specific to the niche as this.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the way the developer has presented the content in this good weight loss app because it should make it very easy for you guys to jump right in at the deep end with your own keto diet so you can kick start your fat loss and improve your health for the long haul.
