I really like the idea behind this app as it provides a nicely structured sequence of videos, among other things, that you can go through to learn all about how to train, how to recover, and generally how to get closer to your goals step by step.

A lot of similar apps in the Health & Fitness category of the App Store either provide too little or too much information, which I personally feel can be overwhelming if you’re a rank beginner, so Couch to 26.2 is an appealing balance that should appeal to many of you.
