This is a great idea and although the amount of content is a little limited as you’ll see below, I think the developer has done a great job of providing a targeted and somewhat unique approach to Yoga that you guys can do from the comfort of your home or perhaps even office.

One complaint that Yoga for Back Pain Relief has received from users on the iTunes description page, and one that I would tend to agree with, is that while the content is great it is a little limited.

Yoga for Back Pain Relief for iPhone and iPad definitely needs more content before it could become a top contender in the Health & Fitness category of the App Store but I would still recommend taking it for a spin in its current form.
