Mulitple Activities In One

While I wouldn't say that The ABC Song is an all-in-one education app, I would agree that there are multiple activities that help your child to learn.

The best kids games for iPhone

The song has both the singing and the letters appear in bubbles to assist with letter recognition. The puzzle section has your child complete a puzzle of an ant for example, and then the ant dances across the screen. The drag the letter game also helps your child work on letter sounds.

These activities are a great jumping off point for teaching your kids basic letter skills. It's fun for kids from two through five or six depending on their reading skills.

What Isn't There

The ABC Song is a partial app. This means that it allows you to play up to D, and then asks you to unlock the rest of the app. It gives just enough of a sample to hook your child, and also to make you want to have your child complete the exercise.

I enjoy this app, but it is pricey to unlock the whole thing. Children's apps are getting pricier and pricier and this isn't necessarily a good thing.
