The Life Goals app can be used on your iPod touch, iPad, and iPhone and is meant to act as a goal management solution. Use this app to lay out all your goals in a way that makes sense, set due dates, and even break them down into categories so they seem more attainable and manageable.

Instead of having random goals float around in your head you can lay them out and actually start making a plan that helps you reach them. Once you set your goals you can then break them down into categories, set due dates, reminders, and more so that you are then on a well-managed path. With the Life Goals app you'll be able to add tasks as you wish and mark them as accomplished. The app provides you with statistics and graphs so you can also check out the areas that you're doing well in and the ones you need to focus on a bit more.

The app is free to use and in its most recent update there were a number of enhancements made. With that said its last update was almost three years ago so the app feels very out-of-date now. It currently has just 2.5 out of five stars from users, which sends a clear message that this one could do with some improvements.
 

The User Experience

The way the app is set up is that you can lay out your goals and then assign them a category. I find the user interface to be quite busy and not especially user-friendly. It doesn't really make you want to open the app and start using it. I think it could be much more engaging and draw users in. On your Life Goals page you can view all your current goals and beside each one is a status bar of sorts that shows how many goals you have in that category, the amount of tasks, and how far you are with the completion.

I just wish the app was a little fast to use. I get that you can't fit everything on to one screen but there seems like there could be a better way.
