GuessMate app review

Reviews

GuessMate app reviewGuessMate Price: Free For: iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad with iOS 4.3 or later The GuessMate app by Revel Mob is a guessing game where you have to see if you can guess who or what is in a picture based upon just a fraction of the entire image. You’ll have to identify logos, celebrities, paintings, car brands, politicians, and more. In the game, you can earn points and spend them on hints and collections, use the in-app chat function to play “I spy with my little eye” with friends, and earn 50 points for every friend you refer. If you get past level seven you can call yourself Einstein. Unlock new levels as you go. You can also create challenges using your own images or images from within the app. You can play alone or connect using Facebook to play against a friend. You can also play against random GuessMate players. Post your scores to Game Center and watch your stats on the Leader Board. There are eight collections: London, Pop Art, Logos, Celebrities, Coats of Arms, Politicians, Dogs by Crufts, and Flags. The Coats of Arms collection is the most difficult while the Celebrities collection is the most popular. The Pop Art section is very difficult but not impossible, and the Politicians collection is best done by readers of the Economist. The Logos section is probably one of the easiest ones to complete. There are several in-app purchases you can make, ranging from $0.99 for the Celebrities collection, to $4.99 for a batch of 1000 points. GuessMate app review The GuessMate app is rated for kids 12 and older due to violence, crude humor, sexual content or nudity, gambling, suggestive themes, and tobacco/drug/alcohol use or reference. The app was released on October 10, 2012. GuessMate has not received enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average, but user feedback comments are very positive. The three users who left comments each gave the game five out of five stars. This app is free, why not try it today?
