Free Calls & Text by Mo+, Free Local and International Phone Calling and Messaging App for iPhone and iPad is probably best avoided as it offers a limited scope of functionality with some potentially hidden costs involved.

The best iPhone apps for phone calls 2021

The main issue I have with this app is that the calls made to phone numbers in the United States and Canada are supposed to be free, but updates have changed this so that you need to watch ads in order to gain credit to make calls.

Free Ad-Sponsored Calls

This app has been designed to enable you to send free texts and make free calls to any phone number within the United States and Canada, as well as sending free texts and make free calls to other Mo+ users around the world.

Best iphone and ipad apps

You can also use this app to chat with people using the integrated instant messaging function, and the walkie-talkie function can be used to send short audio clips to your friends and family.

Misleading Marketing

I suppose you could look at Free Calls & Text by Mo+, Free Local and International Phone Calling and Messaging App in one of two ways.

On one hand it does enable you to make free calls which are funded by requiring that you watch advertisements, but on the other hand I find the overall presentation of the app to be quite misleading.

If the developer updated their marketing and rebranded it a little more honestly then I could definitely get behind the concept of ad-funded calls.

• Send stickers and other multimedia messages during instant messaging chats
• Assign background images to your contacts for a more personalized approach

Cons

• While this app was initially very well received, the developer seems to have implemented a system whereby you must watch ads in order to earn ‘free credits’ to pay for your calls and messages
  
  For this reason, you would likely be better off opting for a more reliable service that doesn’t feature such intrusive advertising

Free Calls & Text by Mo+, Free Local and International Phone Calling and Messaging App has the potential to be a great iPhone and iPad app but in its current incarnation I would recommend looking elsewhere. it's definitely not the best iPhone app for free international phone calls or messaging.
