If you have ever wanted to know about the various functions of the human body then this app is a good place for you to get started. Visual Anatomy Lite is an interactive reference and educational tool that guides you through the various systems of the human anatomy using your iPad
The app breaks the various systems of the body into individual groupings such as the circulatory, endocrine, musculature, and skeletal systems. From there you will see blue pins marking areas of the system that you can highlight and the app will tell you the name of item selected. You can also click on the information icon at the bottom of the screen to see detailed information on the selected area.
The images are very high quality and the information provided is quite detailed. This app would make a great study aid for anyone who is learning about human physiology. The interface is easy to navigate and makes use of the common zoom and pan functions.

I enjoyed browsing through the various subsections on the human body. I am currently studying the muscular systems for my weight lifting and this app has been a huge help in identifying the muscle groups. There is lots of content here for anyone who wants to learn more about the human body.
