Bejeweled HD by PopCap is Bejeweled made especially for the iPad’s large screen.

If you like to play Bejeweled on your iPhone, you’re going to absolutely love it on your iPad. You get five game modes, just like the regular version: Classic, Lightning, Butterflies, Diamond Mine, and Zen.

In Classic, you’ll play the regular game matching gems. The Lightning mode requires you to be as fast as lightning, where you’ll have to match your gems in a race against the clock. In the Butterflies mode, you’ll have to match your gems and stop the butterflies from moving up the screen and getting eaten by the spider. Diamond Mine has you blasting gems to collect diamonds, buried treasures, and gold in the time you are allotted. Finally, Zen mode lets you customize appearance and sounds so that you can play and relax, with no timer.

You’ll get to create special gems like Hypercubes, Star gems, Supernova gems, and Flame gems.

The game is integrated with Game Center. Earn badges and achievements and post your scores to Game Center. Climb the leaderboards and show off to the world!

The game offers hints on demand if you need a quick bit of help.
