For: iPad with iOS 4.0 or later

Rita, the Lizard is an app by Irene Blasco Grau. The app is based on an award-winning book about a tiny lizard who thinks she’s a chameleon.

This ebook is suitable for kids two and up, and has over 250 interactive elements. Your child’s job is to find herself…and enjoy all the secrets you’ll uncover as you go!

The book has 14 fantastic and cheerful illustrations. The original music score will keep you spellbound as you enjoy the book. The sound effects are good as well. Both children and adults will enjoy this book about Rita.

Rita, the Lizard is an engaging story about identity and friendship. It’s full of funny rhymes that will keep kids interested, and it’s both fun and easy to read. Don’t miss the end of the book!

You can choose from between two reading modes depending on the reading level of your child: Read to Me or I Read and Play. You can also read the book and record your own voice as the narrator. In the pages, you can drag elements, touch items, and look at the secrets counter to tell you how many items remain to be discovered in each scene.

This is a great book app to add to your collection.Rita, the Lizard app review

The app is available in English, Chinese, and Spanish. It was updated to Version 1.1 on November 15, 2012. The update fixed the volume of some of the sound effects. There are currently not enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average. There are no customer feedback comments as yet.
