Word Mystic by Divya Surana is a word puzzle app.

The Word Mystic app tasks you to see a board with letters and to create words following a theme. You do this to solve the Mystery of Words.

This is a different kind of puzzle game. You will need to exercise both spatial and word skills while you make up words from grids ranging from four letters to eight letters. The easiest board has three rows of  four letters while the most difficult board has eight letters on each side.

Choose from among 15 word categories like looks and fashion, food and drink, home sweet home, plants and animals, business, and sports and games. There are 400 levels to play in the play levels section and an unlimited number of levels in the Free Play section and so you will never be bored waiting in line again.

The gameplay is simple. Slide your finger to move the tiles. The simplest grid has three words to solve. If you arrange the letters into the proper words, the word will light up in green. If it’s a word that isn’t useful for the puzzle, it will light up yellow. Once you solve a puzzle, you can post to Facebook, go back, or start a new puzzle.

Word Mystic was released in October 2012 and is available in English. It does not yet have enough customer ratings for iTunes to display an average. The feedback comments are positive.
