Jolly Jingle Free by Hompimplay is a Christmas carols app for kids.

You and your family will love this app that teaches Christmas carols. You’ll see wonderful illustrations and hear fantastic music as you click through the Christmas wonderland.

You’ll be presented with a snow globe when you open the app. Click on the button on the front and you’ll go into a suspended winter wonderland where different characters are floating around in bubbles, a cow floats suspended by a balloon, and other characters are hiding, waiting for you to find them. You can click and interact with pretty much all of the icons in the scene as the music plays and the lyrics are presented at the top of the screen.

Every song page includes four different variations, colorful and fun illustrations, lyrics, and interactive gameplay. There are a total of 21 songs you can learn.

Some of the songs are Frosty the Snowman, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Up on the Housetop, and Jingle Bells. Not all of these are available in the Free version, though, as some of them are only available through in-app purchases. You can unlock all of the songs for $2.99.

I like this app because it’s suitable for any kid over three and not only helps children to learn the Christmas songs, but can also help early readers. It has super-easy navigation and a simple user interface that even young children will be able to use.
