Less Meeting

Price: Free

Less Meeting by Less Meeting is a productivity app that helps you get the most of your daily meeting time.

The app helps you plan, organize, and stay on track with your meetings. It lets you capture minutes of each meeting and share those with your team members. Any tasks that arise as the result of meetings are trackable so you can cross things off your list as you complete them.

Less Meeting was designed to let you create teams to track actions, meeting scores, create ToDo reminders, sync your Todo items with Outlook or GTasks, and share notes with other meeting attendees in real-time. You can sync any and all of your calendars with Less Meeting: your GCal, Outlook, and iPad or iPhone Calendar, too!

You’ll get 30 days free of the service that allows you to sync all your data among devices and sync to-dos with the rest of your team; after that, you’ll have to buy a subscription. The app itself remains free.

The app is meant to make note-taking as fast and easy as possible. It even lets you export any notes you take to PDF or Word format. If you need to encrypt your notes, you can do that, too.

Less Meeting was updated to Version 1.2 on January 16, 2013. The update added Huddle Edit, a Help Section, and fixed some crashes. It also made some performance improvements. The app has 14 ratings with an average of 4.5 out of five stars.

I love the idea of having one app to sync calendars and track tasks. I like that you can share notes with attendees, too. If you attend a lot of meetings, check out this app.
