You are able to scratch-out numbers and symbols, there are redo and undo functions, you have the ability to use the iPad in landscape of portrait mode, and there is never a need for a keyboard. Thanks to the generous screen size of the iPad you have plenty of room to write in your problem here.

Many types of problems can be solved including all the basics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), as well as percentages, brackets, powers/exponentials, inverse trigonometry, trigonometry, constants, and logarithms.
