Bracket Maker for the iPad by Jacques Romano is a tournament organizer app.

This app is a full featured bracket and round robin tournament organizer. You can add anywhere from four to 32 players into your bracket and the app will automatically determine the play order based on your settings. Single, double, and triple elimination brackets can be setup and a round robin of up to 16 players from the settings menu.

Entering players into the tournament is as simple as sorting through your contact list or entering them manually. Players can be sorted by seeding or manually paired up. As each round progresses the app automatically moves the advancing players forward to the appropriate bracket.

Once your bracket is ready to go and all of your players have been added and organized you can begin your tournament. To keep your fellow players up to date on the standings the brackets can be shared or e-mailed to everyone on the list.

Bracket Maker was updated to Version 11.0 on January 28, 2013 and included more user requested features, a compass tournament type, and final standings for the double and triple elimination tournament types.

This app would be perfect for anyone who likes to setup poker tournaments, family reunion games, or any other type of competition that can be done with one of the tournament types. I had a great time using this for my video game tournaments. Keeps things very organized and keeps the games going with less focus on who plays who.
