Afterglow app review
Afterglow
Price: $0.99
Afterglow by Simon Filip is a digital photo editing app.
Afterglow is a great for adding a personal touch to your photos before you post them up on your favorite social networking site for the whole world to see. This app boasts numerous adjustment tools, filters, textures, and cropping tools.
Use one of the 34 filters to apply various effects to your images. Afterglow features 21 fully adjustable filters and 13 guest created filters. More guest filters are to be featured in future releases of Afterglow. There are also 23 different textures that you can use to apply the illusion of depth and alternate lighting to your images.
Cropping and transforming tools let you quickly and easily transform your images by allowing you to scale, cut, and crop the original image. After the image has been cropped and transformed you can use one of the 13 different frames to add that final touch to your artwork before you share it with all your friends.
Afterglow was updated to Version 1.3 on January 18, 2013 and included new frames. This app has 41 ratings with an average score of five out of five stars.
I enjoyed using this app because it allows a wide range of creativity. The fact that they have guest created filters shows that they are open to using new and interesting content provided by their users. This is a feature that a lot of other apps could also benefit from.
