One of the features I enjoy the most on this app is the ability to cancel reservations, a lot of travel apps out there give you the ability to book them, but anytime you have to cancel it can lead to long waits on the phone. For someone who uses Southwest Airlines website on a fairly regular basis, I was happy to see they made an app and even happier with how well it works.
