TactioHealth by Tactio Health Group Inc. gives you a way to not only lose weight but stay fit and manage health concerns.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, or manage a health concern such as Diabetes or high blood pressure this app can help you out. It gives you a number of tracking systems to make use of that will help you reach your goals and get your health under control.

The blood pressure tracking keeps track of your Diastolic, Systolic, Mean Arterial Pressure, and Resting Pulse by allowing you to manually enter in the number or sync it with the iHealth of Withings BP Cuffs.

Glucose tracking uses manual data entry again, allowing you to enter in your triglycerides and fasting glucose.

Other things the app will track are your cholesterol, physical activity per day, weight per day (as well as measurements, body fat, and BMI), and your daily steps per day.

Once you've entered in your information the app is able to provide you with an assessment that gives you an idea of where you stand for health risks either now or in the future.

The nutrition plan and health coach are other features that can help set you on the right track for hitting a healthy body weight and living a healthier lifestyle.

It was impossible to write about all the features found in this app as they just seem to go on and on. I found this to be a very complete and comprehensive package that not only helps you get an idea of where your body health stands, but also tracks it, and steers you in a healthier direction.
