Weather On by fantaon gives you the weather on your mobile device without even having to launch the app.

This app is able to give you daily push notifications at the time you've programmed it to, sending you the weather details. You'll be able to view the current day's forecast as well as tomorrows. There is unlimited notification allowed, however the free version only lasts for 15 days.

The weather shows up as an animated picture that you can set to Celsius or Fahrenheit. This means with a quick glance you'll be able to get the full day's details. The temperature is updated hourly so it's kept current.

The temperature comparison graph is a great feature that lets you compare today's temperature to yesterdays. All the information is loaded incredibly quickly with no lag time.

If you purchase the premium addition you'll also get 19 wallpapers, whereas the free version offers you two. The photos used for the wallpapers are high resolution for iPhone 5 and Retina display.

The detailed weather report includes: current conditions, forecast by the hour, precipitation probability and amounts, and a temperature graph.

I found this app did a great job giving you not just the weather basics but also some in-depth information. I especially enjoyed the temperature comparison chart.
