The app provides you with thousands of relaxation audios, meditations, and personal growth tracks that are all customizable. The idea is that these offerings help you relax, sleep better, and just give you a more peaceful feeling in your everyday life.

Because not every person is the same, their needs are also different. What helps you meditate and find that perfect peace won't necessarily work for someone else. This is where the customization feature really helps. You're actually able to combine inspiration books, vocal tracks from a famous speech that sticks out for you, and guided meditations with ambient sounds. You will mix them using the Omvana Mixer. You can even record your own voice to create your own meditations if you like.

You'll find offerings from famous speeches, bestselling authors, binaural, and so much more. Many of them are exclusive to Omvana.

These tracks can also help you with learning to focus, they can give you inspiration, help build your confidence, motivate you, help relieve your stress, and send you on a personal growth journey.

Although there were a lot of great features in this app for me the big stand-out was the fact I could use the mixer to create my very own custom meditations. It was so easy to do and my results were a personalized meditation that met my needs specifically.
