This app is another great addition to an already fantastic series of educational apps by Nickelodeon. In this app you use the power of math to explore Umi City and uncover hidden surprises.

There are five mini-games to play including the Toy Store, Number Bubbles, Race Around Umi City, Up! Up!  And Balloons!, and Rolling Toy Parade. Each game teaches something different like counting, number identification, and adding and subtracting.

Learning about math in a fun and entertaining manner is what Team Umizoomi Math is all about. By keeping your child interested they will want to learn more and more. The curriculum used in this app was developed and reviewed by a preschool education expert.

Team Umizoomi Math: Zoom Into Numbers was last updated to Version 1.4 on October 12, 2012 and included optimizations for iOS6. There are currently 69 ratings with an average score of 3.5 out of five stars.

My daughter loves this app and spends quite a bit of time playing on it each day. The fact that she is learning as she plays makes it great way for her to spend her time. The math games are easy enough that young children can start right away without difficulty and then play the harder difficulties as they advance.
