This app actually gives you mobile access to the insurance company so you can check all your information whenever you like. You can view and manage your accounts and policies through this app.

Some of the activities you'll be able to do with this app include viewing your insurance card, viewing your policy information, search for an agent close to you, contact your own personal agent, view your claim status (auto and fire), submit a claim for auto insurance, pay your premium bill, search for Select Service repair facilities, and even find roadside services when you need them.

There are a whole lot of handy features built into this app. Customers of State Farm Bank can even deposit checks into their State Farm Bank account, view their account information, pay bills, and transfer funds.

When you launch the app you'll be greeted with a menu of choices so you'll clearly be able to figure out where you need to be. It will also show your agent's name, current claims you may have, the type of car you are insured with, and so forth.

State Farm Pocket Agent was updated on Feb. 7, 2013 and currently has 20 customer ratings with an average rating of three out of five stars.

I thought the name of this app was perfect as this really felt like you had an agent available to you at all times with just a few taps of the finger. I really liked that you were able to find Select Service facilities through the app so you could be sure you were picking one the insurance company stood behind.
