Pearltrees

Price: Free

Pearltrees by Broceliand SAS is a productivity-based app for your iPad that is designed to keep all the things you need right at your fingertips.

What this app allows you to do is easily and quickly retrieve and even organize your favorite notes, photos, and web pages. What's really great is that this can even be done offline.

Features include being able to access your Pearltrees from your computer, iPhone, and iPad, giving you true versatility. You can browse at incredibly fast speeds, share anything you like, discover new items that interest you by way of the community members, and take advantage of the unique interface this app offers.

This latest version of the app went through a number of changes including a better design which translates to better readability, view Pearl web pages from any location by using email, and now browse in full screen mode for optimum viewing.

Use the tabs along the bottom of the app to view Pearltrees, view notifications, check out the news, app Pearls, and discover new items through the community.

Pearltrees was updated on Dec. 19, 2012 and currently has 85 customer ratings with an average rating of four and a half out of five.

While there was plenty I liked in this app I think my favorite feature was being able to find new topics, ideas, and inspiration through the community. It gave this app a real social vibe, which isn’t common in a productivity-based one. I also enjoyed how many ways you can use this app for anything from a project, a to do list, and even for school purposes.
