You will find exercises for your arms, legs, butt, and abs, in addition to cardiovascular exercises to help you shed your body fat and tone your muscles.

Each exercise contained within Daily Workouts FREE comes with its own instructional video so you can be sure you are performing it correctly.

Upgrading to the full version of Daily Workouts will provide you with additional features such as more exercises, a variety of new workouts, and the ability to compile your own custom workouts using the large variety of exercises at your disposal.
