Viggle by Viggle, Inc. gives you a way to turn watching TV into a social experience filled with rewards.

The way the app works is that it "checks into" the shows you enjoy watching, while you're actually watching them. Viggle will gather samples of audio from your TV and then it checks into the program. Immediately you can start earning Viggle points that you can actually cash in for real rewards. For every one minute of a TV show you will earn one point.

If you want to find which shows work with Viggle visit the What's On section. It will also give you a list of shows that offer bonus points.

While you're watching you'll be able to challenge your TV knowledge with Viggle Live. If sports are your thing, you'll want to check out the MYGUY feature, which is a real-time fantasy sport game.

With the app you're also able to take part in TV CHAT, available from any of the show pages. If you'd rather have a private conversation you can do that in the Viggle CHATTER section.

Viggle was updated on Mar. 11, 2013 and currently has 43 customer ratings with an average rating of two and a half out of five stars.

I thought this was a different and often fun way to enjoy my favorite shows. I enjoyed being able to join the chat room to discuss plot lines, characters, and everything else show-related. The real-time fantasy sport game was also a fun feature to include for users.
