If you want to manage your weight, eat better, get a better night's sleep, and be more active, then this app is meant for you. You'll be able to use this app to track all kinds of information such as sleep, water, weight, food, and activity. The idea is that by tracking all this information you'll see how all these factors play into your overall well-being.
It doesn’t take much time before you’ll start to see patterns and trends that are telling of your mood and health.
It should be noted that this app is ideal to use with a Fitbit activity tracking device or the Aria Body Comp Scale. If you don't have either of those items, you can still use this app.
Some of the features of this app include being able to use it offline and use it to find a number of foods in the database or create your own to use when tracking. You can enter in a calorie target base that you want to achieve that works with your weight goal. Your food plan will then be based on how active you are, taking in those calories that will be burned. You will need the Fitbit activity tracker for this additional tracking information.

I think the amount of information you can track here is great and it's extremely helpful. The downfall is that you need additional tracking devices in order to fully utilize this app.
