Jeppeson Mobile FliteDeck Pro by Jeppesen is a navigation app for your iPad that is meant for a military or commercial operator.

In order to use this app you must subscribe to Jeppesen's JMCS or TEFIS data and be a military or commercial operator. This app gives subscribers access to Jeppesen electronic charting with direct, instant access to a variety of information. The app will provide you with accurate terminal charts, enroute chart data, and Jeppesen Airway Manual text. This app can be used in the flight deck or on the ground.

As an industry first, the app provides users with an interactive mobile enroute feature that can be used in place of paper for RNAV enabled flight decks.

Features of this app include departure, arrival, and approach procedures, a standard airway manual text, and basic routing. You'll also get the position of your aircraft on display while enroute, airport diagrams, and integration with JDM-Pro.

The Jeppesen Distribution Manager (JDM-Pro) is integrated in the app as mentioned, and is used to deliver data to the operator. The data delivered features secure data transmission, report on device currency and state, delta sets across all data types, and you'll be able to assign and manage content groups of users.

Because I am neither a military or commercial operator it’s hard for me to comment on the app. It certainly seems to provide a large amount of features and some industry innovations.
