SitUps to Six Pack by XIAO DAN LIN is a great health and fitness app that promises to help you get toned and great-shaped abs in just nine weeks. It’s free for a limited time, so get it fast and start working on those abs today!

The app’s goal is to get you from doing zero sit-ups at once to doing more than 200 in one go, all in a matter of nine weeks. The program was developed by fitness professionals and runs a total of nine weeks. Each week gives you three tasks and five to six steps per task.

Each workout lasts between 15 and 20 minutes.

The app gives you motivation to keep going. You’ll get rewards and badges as you complete each task, you can see your achievements as soon as you finish each workout, and you can view a graph that shows your progress towards your goals.

The app is easy to use, gives detailed steps to show how to do each exercise, and lets you listen to your own music while you work out. You can check out the FAQ, see workout guides for beginners, and re-start from the beginning whenever you want. The audio coach tells you when to rest or do sit-ups, so you don’t even have to think about it.

If you’re the type who forgets to do your workouts, never fear! This app has a built-in reminder option that you can use to remind yourself when to work out. You can also turn the audio coach off if you want, choose a male or female audio coach.

If you need a little external motivation, you can post your progress and achievements to Facebook and Twitter, or send by email.

SitUps to Six Pack was updated to Version 1.3 on February 7, 2013. The update fixed a problem with the reminder feature. The current version has 37 customer ratings with an average of 4.5 out of five stars. Feedback comments are all positive.

I really like the incremental training aspect of this app but think that people may be disappointed if they think this app will help them lose weight to show off their newly strengthened abs. Don’t forget to eat sensibly; if you have a ton of fat on your abs you’ll never see how toned they are underneath.
